JOIN OUR BACK TO THE GYM ZOOM SESSION
Over the past few weeks, I’ve had a lot of concerned clients and friends asking for the best strategies, plans and tips to help them get back into the gym following over a year out.
So on Tuesday the 6th April at 19:00 I’ll be running a Back to the Gym Zoom Session. Join me as I’ll go over the strategies you can put into place to make sure you get back to training quickly, efficiently and without causing injury to yourself.
