Most people already know what they should be doing to achieve personal health and fitness, but find it hard to stick to their fitness and nutrition regimes... If you are one of those people, just remember you are not on your own.
Before you start your personal training sessions you will be invited to a consultation to discuss your goals, any previous or existing injuries, training likes and dislikes and what you are looking to achieve. Your trainer will use all the information provided to put together your personal training programme so that you can work towards your goals, even outside of your personal training sessions!
You will also have a series of health tests and measurements done so that you can start tracking your progress from the moment you leave the consultation.
All information provided and discussed with your trainer will be treated in confidence.
SO HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU ARE PROGRESSING?
We will select a series of tests suitable for your goal so that you know you are progressing in the right direction. Even if it's weight loss, progress can not always be measured solely by what number is on the scales!
